Mission Statement

Since the first day we opened DLK, my mission statement has been, "the highest quality crowns and bridges, with prompt, dependable service, at a fair price". Nothing magical about that. Fulfilling our mission has not always been an easy task. How do we do it? We begin by hiring the best, most dependable employees and keeping them. We work many long hours and continue to use the best materials available. We also attend numerous hands-on clinics to ensure that we are exemplary in our techniques.

We realized years ago that continuing education was extremely important if we were to be a successful laboratory. Dentistry and dental restoration are changing so rapidly that we must continue to educate ourselves in order to stay on top of the latest advancements. Over the years,we have attended many seminars led by the world's foremost clinicians including Masahiro Kuwata, Tanaka, Russell DeVreugd, Uwe Brosamie, Lee Culp, Dave Grin, and Dr. David Winter just to name a few.

In order to be a Certified Dental Laboratory we have to maintain certain standards as well as reach certain educational goals. The same is true for the Certified Dental Technician program. Each year we continue to surpass the minimum hours of credit required for continuing education. As we add new products such as Empress, Empress2, and Targis-Vectris we always follow up with intense hands-on training to make sure we get the best performance from them. We will remain committed to this program.
